Wooo! Congrats on your new sister, Togo! How exciting. Rusti is beautiful!!! You asked about the red thing on my snooter.... It is called a Gentle Leader. It helps me not to pull mom. Also, I can do this amazing, jump, twist, turn, and back out of my leash manuever. So, I can't escape the Gentle Leader.
