Moody Togo is not eating well. He sniffs his food, eat a mournful mouth or two and goes moping around the house. He then slowly eats the rest of the food throughout the day.
We were worried - the normal Togo is a greedy little fellow who wolfs down his food in one sitting. Otherwise he is fine, normal poop, normal nap time, normal belly-rub-me requests.
A visit to the vet confirms he's fine. Hmm. Maybe that newly opened bag of food already masuk angin*, and all the flavor gone. Come to think of it, the smell is less too. Hmmm....

Sometimes Huskies skip a meal, it's not always a big deal. My mom used to worry a lot too, but now she's used to it. She just saves the food and gives it to me later.

My bruther, Cosi, sumtimes doesn't want to eat. He can be downright finicky! Sumtimes even he would miss 2-3 days of eating. But he always starts to eat again. Mommy puts a little turkey on top of his food to entice him cuz the cheese quit working.

I have a Husky friend who is a very fussy eater too.. Sometimes I also give my hoomans grief for not eating and the trick my hoomans use to tempt me is to put my favourite food and mix it with my food... durian works for me!
Poor Togo! I hope you get to feeling better soon. It's no fun to be feeling yucky.

The food must taste awful or you're just dam bored with it eating the same thing everyday! Maybe your mom should buy you another one.

I'm gonna take a wild guess but seeing how Togo had a greenie the day before, then was moody, then was moody and not eating, that probably the greenie upset his stomach. I'd lay off the greenies.

klaw: vet say lump on back of neck is normal.
Meeshka : actually the greenie was a week before, so we're ruling that out.
And his appetite is normal if given other food, seems he turns up his nose just at his kibble. Must be the lack of taste, or he's bored with it. We're going to go get a new pack of food for the tyrant.
